As we embark on this exciting journey into crunch time I thought it would be appropriate to share the e-mail ________ sent me some time ago. I know that the next few months will be hard for all of us and it is ultimately up to each of us how we respond to this challenge as a team. Times like these will define us as valuable employees and people. We must focus on the basics of Safety, Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control and Relationships (and the other 36 Basics) in order to assure our success as a team. We need to be there for each other when we need a break, or a hand and we need to communicate relentlessly. We have a lot of money to manage and a even bigger reputation to protect. __________ knows we mean business and we are here to do what we say. Thank you for all each of you have done to prove that we are the right company to build this job and making a significant contribution to its success.
