some ppl make new year resolutions on january 1st.
i like to make them on my birthday - may 23rd.
some ppl like to wrap up all the old issues by december 31st.
i like to wrap up old issues from january 1st - may 22nd by may 22nd and deal w/ the rest by december 31st.
